48: It’s That Magical Day… 2/2/22
In today’s episode, Patricia urges her listeners to treat themselves, look for signs, and have fun on the magical day of 2/2/22. For special occasion, she investigated how some people have lived to 100. These individuals are called centenarians and they all have commonalities that have led to their long and healthy lives. She summarizes these lifestyle choices and urges her listeners to consider some of these lifestyle changes to live a more purposeful and healthier life.
She references the book, The Blue Zone by Dan Buettner which summarize the commonalities of centenarians. Patricia outlines the four most achievable commonalities for her listeners: having a close family, being active, eating plant-based, and doing something worthwhile, purposeful, and contributing to a bigger cause. These commonalities could help one prolong their life while being healthier and more mindful. Patricia wanted to share a special topic for 2/2/22. Ultimately, helping her listeners realize that they have the potential to live purposeful, prosperous, and healthy lives with the skills and talents they already have.
